This is a photographic composition of a dress form I took within the design room of my company. I will be recreating this image with the intention of forming a "Cinderella" type fantasy. To accomplish this I will manipulate my image in both Photoshop & Illustrator.

Artist Statement

      As the Director of Design & Merchandising for a clothing company, I need to better express my artistic vision through an improved portfolio. To do this I will merge three design techniques. I want to keep the freehand fluidity of my hand rendered silhouettes while grounding them back to digitally rendered clothing. To accomplish this I will create art by hand then I will manipulate it with Photoshop & Illustrator. I feel the juxtaposition of merging these three mediums will lead my clients into focusing on my designs. My goal is for the hand drawn figure rendering to serve as a beautifully stylized hanger for showcasing my clothing.
